LoadPR ("the app", "we", "us") is a weightlifting personal record tracker for iOS. This policy describes how LoadPR handles your information.
Information We Collect
LoadPR stores your exercise and PR data locally on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework. If you are a Premium subscriber with iCloud enabled, this data syncs across your devices via Apple's CloudKit service. We do not collect, transmit, or store your fitness data on any external servers.
Advertising
Free users see banner advertisements provided by Google AdMob. AdMob may collect device identifiers and usage data to serve relevant ads. You can control ad tracking through iOS Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking. Premium users do not see any advertisements.
App Tracking Transparency
On first launch, LoadPR requests permission to track your activity across other companies' apps and websites. This is used solely for ad personalization. You may decline without affecting app functionality. You can change this setting at any time in iOS Settings.
In-App Purchases
Premium purchases are processed by Apple through StoreKit. We do not have access to your payment information. Purchase records are managed entirely by Apple.
iCloud Sync
Premium users' data may sync via iCloud using Apple's CloudKit. This data is stored in your private iCloud container and is not accessible to us or any third party. Apple's iCloud terms of service and privacy policy govern this storage.
Data Retention
All fitness data is stored locally on your device and in your private iCloud container (if enabled). Deleting the app removes all local data. iCloud data can be managed through iOS Settings > [Your Name] > iCloud.
Third-Party Services
LoadPR uses the following third-party services:
- Google AdMob (advertising, free tier only)
- Apple CloudKit (data sync, premium only)
- Apple StoreKit (in-app purchases)
Children's Privacy
LoadPR is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected in app updates. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
