Count one side, double it
A barbell is loaded the same on both ends, so you only need to count one side. The total is the bar, plus both collars, plus twice the plates on one side: 20 kg + 2 × (20 + 10) = 80 kg.
Kilo plates in a pound gym
A 20 kg plate is 44.09 lb, so a bar loaded in kilos almost never reads as a round number in pounds. The total is shown in both units so you can compare it with your program.
