Support questions
What happens to my data if LoadPR+ ends?
Nothing you logged is deleted. The LoadPR+ features lock again, but your exercises, PRs and gym setups stay in the app. You are back on the free version: up to 5 exercises, the standard plates (two of each per side) and the Rest timer, and the plate calculator stays free to use.
How do I restore purchases?
Open Settings in LoadPR, tap Get LoadPR+, then tap Restore Purchases at the bottom of the LoadPR+ screen. Use the same Apple ID you bought with.
How do I cancel LoadPR+?
Subscriptions are handled by Apple: manage and cancel them in your App Store account settings. Cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period to stop the next renewal. A lifetime purchase is paid once and has nothing to cancel.
How does iCloud sync start?
iCloud sync is part of LoadPR+ and uses your own private iCloud. After you get LoadPR+, sync starts on the next launch: close LoadPR fully (swipe it away in the app switcher) and open it again.
Can I export or import my data as CSV?
Yes, with LoadPR+. You can export one exercise from its detail screen, or export all exercises and import data from Settings.
Where is my data stored?
On your iPhone. LoadPR keeps your exercises and PRs on the device, and with LoadPR+ iCloud sync they also sync through your private iCloud. LoadPR has no server that stores your fitness data. The calculators on this website need no account and keep no data.
How do I report a bug?
Email support@loadpr.com with your iPhone model, iOS version, the LoadPR version from Settings and the steps that cause the problem. A screenshot helps.
